The Mid Century Chair & Rocker
Chair making is considered one of the great challenges in woodworking: Compound angles, joints under stress and comfort.
Join the Illawarra Woodwork School in making this design classic over 5 immersive and hands on yet relaxing days.
The timber used will be Australian hardwood ‘Blackwood’, finished beautifully to a silky finish in Osmo Oil.
This workshop is for all abilities, complete Beginner to Advanced.

Materials , lunch, coffee, and tea provided.
Accommodation & Upholstery not included, but Stitches Upholstery are happy to assist.
Please wear enclosed shoes, preferably leather.
